About the Class:
Due to popular demand, we’re offering a series of Chair Yoga classes led by Yoga in Action, a nonprofit based at Carey Cottage.

Members do not need to attend every session, please register for each class individually and join as many as you’d like.

Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga. Postures may be done seated in a chair or standing, using the chair for balance and stability. This class can help:

• Increase mobility and strength
• Stretch the body
• Reduce stress and pain
• Clear the mind

No yoga experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. Attend in person or participate live over Zoom, whatever works best for you!

Cost:
$10 per class (pay at the class)
Cash or check accepted.
For Zoom participants: payment by mailed check or online.
