LOCAL TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT RESOURCES

Portsmouth Public Library – The first and third Tuesday of each month, there is a drop-in time from 2:00-3:30 in the Hilton Garden Room.  A couple of staff members will be there to provide assistance with your devices or work at one of the computers. You do not need to make a reservation, but it is first-come-first served.

Portsmouth Senior Activity Center – Offers weekly assistance for basic questions about your devices on Friday afternoons from 3:00-4:00 p.m. and as of January 21, will offer Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. for 30-minute appointments. If interested, individuals will need to call the Portsmouth Senior Center to reserve a time: 603-610-4433.

Dover Public Library – Offers one-on-one support with devices for one-hour increments. Call the library at 603-516-6050 and ask to “book a librarian”. You will be asked what you need help with.

Exeter Public Library – As of February, special small group  sessions (maximum of 4 people) will be offered on Fridays at 10:00 and 2:00. There will be a focus for each session. To register, call Beth Kendall, Technology Librarian, at 603-772-3101, ext. 310.
