The Gonic trail is a lovely hike that goes down to a waterfall that is the remains of a sawmill. Then the trail goes along the picturesque Isinglass river. We will hike approximately 3 1/2 miles. The terrain is mostly flat, with some ups and down.

Kathy Rockwood is an AMC Hike Leader and certified in Wilderness First Aid.
